The Lucky Strikes

The Lucky Strikes is a full time professional lounge, swing and jazz band based in Austin, TX. Together for over twenty five years, they specialize in vocal and jazz standards from the 40's and 50's as well as original tunes written in the same style. Selections include many favorites by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett, Chet Baker, Count Basie and Duke Ellington. With three CDs released, the band has toured throughout the U.S.A and Canada performing in almost every state. The Lucky Strikes can be found weekly at local jazz clubs and restaurants. Their music combines the class and style of the 40's and 50's with the youthful energy of a real working swing band!
